LearnForge subscriptions are billed annually in advance on a per-Moodle-based Learning Management System ("LMS") basis.
If you are a new customer making your first LearnForge subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date, no questions asked.
To request a refund, email legal@learnforge.academy with your purchase email address and order details. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
This 14-day window applies to first purchases only. It does not apply to:
Outside of the 14-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription mid-year, you retain access to LearnForge through the end of your paid period. No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of the year.
Your subscription renews automatically each year. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before your renewal date. Renewal charges are not refundable after they have processed.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged only the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your billing period. Additional Sparks reflecting the tier difference are credited to your account immediately. Upgrade charges are non-refundable.
Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. You retain your current plan's features and Spark balance until then. No refund or credit is issued for the remaining period on your current plan. Sparks are not deducted when you downgrade.
Sparks are non-refundable in all circumstances once credited to your account, whether bundled with a subscription plan or purchased as an additional pack. Unused Sparks do not roll over at annual renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the plugin's admin panel or by emailing legal@learnforge.academy. Cancellation stops automatic renewal. You retain access to the Service through the end of your current paid period.
On cancellation:
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. By requesting that we begin providing the Service immediately upon purchase — including issuing your license key and Spark allocation — you acknowledge that exercising this right after the Service has commenced may limit your withdrawal entitlement under applicable law. We will honour full refund requests within the 14-day window in all cases.
